expanding quickly, and firms increasingly rely on consulting partners to solve growth and efficiency challenges. Building on my experience at two leading strategy consultancies (Company A and Company B), I want to help businesses design strategies for sustainable growth. Within three to five years, I aim to continue in consulting while specialising in consumer goods, becoming a trusted advisor guiding companies through global expansion, omnichannel strategy, and responsible innovation. This combines the strategic problem-solving I built in consulting with the hands-on understanding of scaling consumer operations I developed at Company C (a consumer-health startup). Ultimately, I want to return to India and build a consumer venture that reimagines how brands connect with customers while creating sustainable value, with products that combine affordability, trust, and quality while staying globally competitive. Having watched many Indian brands struggle to scale without losing authenticity, I aim to build a venture that leverages technology and design to grow responsibly across markets. IESE will be crucial. To transition into Middle East consulting, I'll leverage the Consulting Career Centre, the Consulting Club's buddy programme, and career treks to Dubai and London for structured preparation and regional exposure; IESE's credibility and alumni network in the region will open doors. To build depth in consumer-focused consulting, I plan to take globalisation-and-strategy courses and pursue an independent study project with faculty mentorship in consumer goods. For my long-term goals, the Startup Club and global startup treks will let me test ideas, refine models, and connect with mentors and investors. For me, IESE is the platform to strengthen my consulting skills, broaden my global perspective, and return to India ready to build a responsible, scalable consumer venture.
