During an internship at a regional bank and subsequent FP&A experience at Company A (a large aviation-services group), I saw how this function shapes broader business strategy, drives decision-making, and supports sustainable growth. These experiences deepened my appreciation for FP&A's strategic impact and reinforced my commitment to contributing to a company's financial success. In the long term, I aspire to become a Chief Financial Officer at a leading institution, driving ethical transformation and delivering value through responsible financial leadership. My undergraduate leadership roles and the strategic insight gained through the ACCA qualification showed me how principled leadership shapes organisational culture. Beyond financial stewardship, I'm committed to advancing women's representation in corporate finance; despite progress, women remain underrepresented in senior financial roles, and I aspire to bridge this gap by fostering inclusive workplaces, mentoring emerging female talent, and championing diversity as a driver of better outcomes. Imperial's global reputation, rigorous curriculum, and emphasis on leadership development will equip me with the technical expertise and strategic mindset to achieve these goals.
