creating simple, well-designed structures that make participation effortless. At Company A (a creator-community startup), when the founder mentioned he wished schools did more for aspiring creators, I took the initiative to design a full programme; months later it was ready for 800+ schools. It taught me that initiative means doing it anyway, especially when no one has asked you to. As a fellow in a global leadership programme working with students across 48 nations, I learned how shared perspectives fuel better systems; a suggestion from a fellow abroad to involve local co-facilitators reshaped my own inclusion project and helped it reach 300+ people more meaningfully. Through it all, I've learned to take initiative even when I'm afraid, whether as the youngest in the room or an unsure voice at the table. I step forward anyway, because doing so makes space for the next person who's just as unsure.
