At LBS, I aim to contribute both as a student and an alumnus. I'll bring my experience in niche SAP supply-chain technologies and training 25+ team members to the Data & AI Association, leveraging my technical expertise to promote data-driven decision-making and collaborative innovation. As a believer in hands-on learning, and with expertise transforming complex datasets into actionable insights using Power BI and Python, I'll lead upskilling workshops on AI's transformative potential and create a peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing platform to support non-technical classmates. Extracurriculars, from school plays to hosting generative-AI sessions to serving as school captain and student representative for a 110+ cohort, have honed my teamwork, leadership, and public speaking. I'm eager to bring these to the Women in Business Club, where I want to launch a bi-weekly podcast, 'She Means Business,' giving women on campus a platform to discuss corporate challenges I've faced personally, such as overcoming imposter syndrome and career transitions. My commitment extends to the impact-consulting club for pro-bono projects and the IMPACTathon, pursuing my passion for social impact. Mentorship is a core passion: as placement coordinator, I facilitated 100+ placements, onboarded five firms, and co-hosted an industry-insights series with 300+ participants. As an alumnus, I plan to contribute to the alumni career centre by mentoring peers, assisting with interview preparation, and organising events that connect students with multinational organisations.
