In the near term, I aspire to work as a business analyst in a technology- or analytics-driven firm in Singapore, using data to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, exploring opportunities at firms shaping Singapore's data-driven landscape. Eventually, I want to start my own data-driven mental-health venture. The MSc in Business Analytics at NTU will help me get there by blending analytical rigour with practical exposure; immersions like the Data Analytics Practicum and courses such as Analytics Strategy and Strategies for Digital Transformation in Business will strengthen my technical and managerial foundation to solve complex business problems.
