Watching their confidence grow as we set academic goals, built weekly study plans, and talked through their fears reshaped how I view success. Today, I thrive in environments that demand both analytical precision and human connection; my guiding belief is that meaningful impact comes from balancing sharp analysis with genuine care for others. At Company A (an investment-research firm), leading a team of five analysts on high-stakes client projects has let me reinforce this balance, combining rigour in due diligence with empathy-driven mentorship.
